**In a typical day you will:**

Answer 30-50 inbound calls a day

Assist customers with payments, due date changes, and other issues

Recommend Mr. Cooper services such as paperless statements and the Mr. Cooper app

Promote Mr. Cooper products that benefit customers

**The finer details:**

Hourly rate starts at **$15.00** an hour

Must reside within a commutable distance from Longview, TX office (110 Triple Creek Dr. Suite 10, Longview TX, 75601)

**1 or more years of customer service experience required**

*** Need flexibility to work an 8-hour shift M-F:***

* Open shifts, following training: 10am 7pm or 11am 8pm M-F

* We are open Monday-Thursday 7am 8pm, 7am - 7pm on Fridays

* We need availability for 1- 2 Saturdays/ month from 8am- 12pm (Noon) or until there are no customers waiting in the call queue.

Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!

5 weeks paid virtual training (8am -5pm M-F) equipment is provided

** First 90 days attendance required for training.**
