Vital Link is located in Sealy, Texas and we are looking for a Tool Room Attendant to add to the Team.

**Duties**

Organize the Tool Room so tooling is accessible. Ensure that Tool Room is kept in a clean and orderly fashion.

Have primary responsibility for the distribution and maintenance of hand tools, saws, grinders, ladders, lift equipment, cords and hoses, rigging and lifting cradles, chains, spreaders bars, and other tooling and equipment utilized in manufacturing operations not excluded as noted below.

Have primary responsibility for the distribution and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand tools, lift equipment, electrical cords, hoses, and consumables such as grinding wheels, saw blades, oils and lubricants, rags, welding rod and wire, welding lenses, industrial gases, and other consumable supplies utilized by all manufacturing departments.

Scope of responsibility specifically does not include grit or other media for sand blasting operations, primers and paints used in production, forklifts, overhead or moveable cranes, forklifts, welding rigs, portable equipment utilized on a temporary basis in the manufacturing plant, or fixed large manufacturing equipment including but not limited to Brakes, Lathes, Saws, Mills and Burn Tables.

Track tooling issued and returned by manufacturing personnel.

Assist Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager with other shop maintenance and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
